Before you buy
Buying the whole pathway in one go costs less than buying its units one at a time, because each unit price includes its own tutoring and assessment. You can also build a qualification unit by unit. If you buy units to work towards a qualification, the centre registers you with VTCT Skills. Each unit the centre's assessor records as achieved counts as credit towards every qualification that includes it, and once you have achieved enough, the centre submits your results to VTCT Skills, which awards the qualification. You do not need to buy the pathway as well. If you buy a single unit on its own, you are not registered with VTCT Skills, and that unit does not lead to a VTCT qualification.
