Overview

This qualification trains you to give Thai massage treatments safely and well, for clients with different needs. You learn how to prepare the treatment area, consult with each client, choose the right techniques and working positions, complete the treatment and give aftercare advice. Alongside the massage unit you cover health and safety in the salon and client care and communication, so you finish ready to work with the public. Taitam-D Academy London is an approved VTCT Skills centre for this qualification. Your certificate is issued by VTCT Skills and regulated by Ofqual (qualification number 600/4013/0). How am I assessed?

You complete 3 mandatory units. Your assessor observes your practical work with real clients (8 observed assessments across the units) and you build a portfolio of evidence cross-referenced to the Record of Assessment Book. There is no external question paper for this qualification.
